HUGE Wednesday at AAMA before the extra-long-weekend!

HUGE day of classes for ALL MEMBERS & ALL STYLES

Amended Timetable for Wed 21st September 2022

As Thursday 22nd September has been declared a public holiday, we have a HUGE night of classes planned for Wednesday 21st Sept - with sessions on for ALL MEMBERS & SYSTEMS. Members, please check the following class times for Wednesday, as these will replace Thursday sessions for the week.


5:00-5:45pm: Kidz Karate (Downstairs)

6:00-6:45pm: Kidz Karate (Upstairs)

6:00-7:00pm: Zen Do Kai-All Ranks & Black Belt Class (Downstairs)

7:00pm-9:00pm: Eskrima & Krav Maga - 2 hour knife seminar (Upstairs)

7:00-8:00pm: Muay Thai - General class

8:00-9:00pm: Muay Thai - Sparring session


We hope to see EVERYONE there! Let's make this pre-public holiday training day HUGE! Black belts are encouraged to stay on after their 6pm class, to join in either the Muay Thai training or Knife Seminar.


A note to members that Tuesday's mini-tournament will also replace regular classes for the evening, so we encourage everyone to join us on Wednesday to get the most out of your training week!!

Classes at AAMA will return in full swing on Tuesday 28th Jan 2025, following the Australia Day Long Weekend. AAMA's Holiday Timetable will conclude this Thursday 23rd Jan, ahead of the Australia Day Long Weekend. AAMA will be closed from Saturday 25th Jan - Monday 27th Jan, before our full timetable recommences on Tuesday 28th Jan 2025. We hope you all have a great long weekend - we're in for some warm weather so stay safe and enjoy the sunshine! 😎😎 We're looking forward to seeing everyone back for the full timetable of classes from Tuesday 28/1.
